What is a Profile?

A Profile in the app represents a structured and detailed summary of a CV (curriculum vitae) that has been uploaded and processed. It organizes all the relevant information extracted from the CV into clearly defined categories, making it easier to analyze, manage, and share.

Profile contents

Below are the main sections and fields that a Profile contains:

1. Personal Information

  • Name: First and last name of the individual (e.g., Andrew Converter).

  • Email: Primary email address.

  • Mobile: Phone number.

  • Physical Address: Full address (country, city, postal code, and street).

2. Summary

A concise summary of the individual's professional experience, skills, and goals (e.g., "Machine Learning Engineer with 10 years of experience...").

3. Skills and Technologies

  • Skills: Key expertise areas, such as "Data Analytics" or "Machine Learning Integration."

  • Technologies: Tools, platforms, programming languages, and frameworks the individual is proficient in.

5. Education

Details about the individual's academic background, including:

  • University name

  • Major/degree (e.g., Bachelor of Science in Computer Science)

  • Start and finish years

6. Work Experience

A detailed history of the individual's professional roles, including:

  • Roles: Job titles held (e.g., Senior Machine Learning Engineer).

  • Companies: Organizations worked at.

  • Dates: Start and end dates for each role.

  • Responsibilities: Key tasks and accomplishments in each role.

  • Technologies Used: Tools and platforms used during the job.

  • Projects: Significant projects undertaken.

7. Languages

Languages spoken by the individual, along with proficiency levels (e.g., Native in Polish, C1 in English).

8. Certifications

A list of professional certifications earned, including:

  • Certification name (e.g., "LLM Fine Tuning Methods Training").

  • Year obtained.

9. Custom Fields

You can also add additional data to each profile with the use of Custom Fields.

Modifing profiles

Profiles can be modified using the Profile Editor.

Exporting profiles

Profiles are available for export via Templates. You can export a profile either in the docx or pdf format.
