What is domain verification?

Domain verification means that we've linked your organization with a given domain ex. mycompany.org.

This means that any users that has an email address from that domain can automatically join your organization, which greatly simplifies the onboarding process for all of your teammates, so we recommend this step.

How to verify a domain

If you're checked "Allow others from @myemaildomain.com to automatically join my organization" during sign-up, then your domain should already be verified. If it's not yet verified, see

Adding users via domain verification

If you're enabled domain verification, anyone with the same email domain as you can automatically join your organiation.

  • If they have not yet signed up to CVtoBlind, they will receive a popup to join your organization once the sign up.

  • If they already have a CVtoBlind account and are a part of a different organization, they'll receive an invitation pop-up once they leave their current organization, or you can send them an email invitation.

Limitations

Note: Only company emails are allowed to set up verified domains. You can't use common email providers like @gmail.com or @outlook.com to set up a verified domain.

Even if you've signed up with a common email provider you can still set up a verified domain. for details.
