How we count and display information about the conversions
How conversions are counted
Our application counts only the successful conversions. It means that the following scenarios are not counted as conversions:
excluded: all failed conversions - those that didn't finish
excluded: all in-progress conversions - they will be counted only if they succeed
excluded: all files that were uploaded, but users didn't click to start the conversion
How to read the information on the Usage screen
If you are a single user, the screen shows your conversions.
If you are in an organization, the screen shows the total number of successful conversions triggered by all the teammates.
